I have an issue to report, I don't really know if this is the correct py mod section, I play pyblock and not the "original" mod, so maybe the recipe issue come from there.
Creating the phadai (the T3 cat) from the creature chamber does have much harsher requirements if you have purchased the TURD upgrade to give you 80% chance to get back your DNA sample.
I think it is not intended because for the others creatures I checked, this is not the case (e.g their recipe is unchanged in term of requirement, the TURD give you 80% to get your DNA sample back for free).
And I also believe it is not intended because you are supposed to get the cat (for the rare earth mineral) at mid T3, and with this issue it is gated behind the sponge, end of T3 because of cytostatics.
Fortunately it doesn't softlock you because it does not requires rare earth mineral stuff.
