[compatibility] When AAI loaders are in lubricant mode, they no longer require lubricant.

Do you think that when both mods are enabled; aai-loaders should use both: power and lubricant (in lubricated mode)? And only power in expensive mode? Or should this mod exclude aai loaders?
I'm leaning towards both power + lubricant since in expensive it makes sense to use power.

I think in expensive mode, it would make sense that there are also powercosts.

For lubricant mode, I think i would prefer power costs as well.
