MK3 and MK4 power armors (bigger grid, larger inventory), also adds various equipment (Night vision MK2, Energy shield MK3, Fusion battery, Singularity...)
Currently, Singularity Fuel Source reciepe is available since the very start of the game. This should be locked behind the Singluarity Generator upgrade since you have no other way to make it.
