MK3 and MK4 power armors (bigger grid, larger inventory), also adds various equipment (Night vision MK2, Energy shield MK3, Fusion battery, Singularity...)
Looks like the most recent version of Factorio (or possibly earlier, I hadn't noticed before now) has fixed this problem, still requires a new game or tech reset though.
