Hi is it possible for you to post the item names in command format ?

Sorry I didn't see this right away, the name for items internally is:
power armor mk3 = pamk3-pamk3
power armor mk4 = pamk3-pamk4
utility vest = pamk3-lvest
heavy utility vest = pamk3-hvest
night vision mk2 equipment = pamk3-nvmk2
energy shield mk3 equipment = pamk3-esmk3
fusion battery equipment = pamk3-battmk3
portable nuclear reactor equipment = pamk3-pnr
shielded singularity equipment = pamk3-se

So something like:
/c game.player.insert{name="pamk3-pamk3", count=1}
or
/c game.player.insert{name="pamk3-esmk3", count=10}
For example.

Updated for new items.
