Bugfixes:
- Fixed Fusion Fuel and Magnetic Casing ordering and subgroups. They should be grouped properly now.
Changes:
- Added a startup setting for Fusion Fuel cost. Didn't seem right for it to not require at least Rocket Fuel if not Nuclear Fuel. Now you get to decide.
Balancing:
- Rebalanced Fusion Fuel recipe. Fluoroketone inputs and outputs have been reduced significantly, and Fluoroketone output is no longer subject to productivity.
- Fusion Fuel was intended to follow the model of Quantum Processors, but previous implementation could be made fluid-positive. This was not intended.

- Disabled recycling for Necrotising Bacteria. It's supposed to be hard to get rid of.
Graphics:
- Slightly redid Fusion Fuel technology icon, to give it a little bloom. You're unlikely to notice.
- Added recipe tint to Biomass Fuel and Necrotising Bacteria crafting recipes. You're also unlikely to notice.
