It does not charge quality batteries past the base tier capacity. For example, personal battery mk2 has a base capacity of 100MJ, and it does not charge higher quality personal battery mk2s past 100MJ.
Interesting. I may have forgotten to test using quality batteries with PTs. I'll take a look. Though, I think I already know why it's not working.
