g Legs not working while having transformer

The exoskeleton legs sometimes stop working, even though the game shows movement bonus.
In order to fix temporarily, pull all transformers out and put them back in.
Yes I have vanilla baterries in my character armor, yes they are charged properly by the transformers.
No, in my testing pulling legs out an putting them back in doesn't seem to fix.

It seems like the issue was with the transformer mk2, I didn't have any issues with mk1 or mk3 for some reason

I don't suppose you could provide me with some more specifics could you? I so far cannot seem to replicate this issue. Some useful information:
- What power armor are you wearing and what all do you have in it.
- What you are doing when your exoskeletons seem to stop working. Steps to reproduce, etc...

If you have a save file that can consistently reproduce it with certain steps, if you can upload that as an issue on the github page that would also be helpful in attempting to reproduce/fix this issue.

Unfourtunately I have not done extensive testing, and encountered this issue in my main game save, so currently I've progressed too far to have a reproducible case.
But at the time I had mk1 armor, a couple mk1 batteries, two legs, TWO mk2 transformers, roboport or a shield (I was constantly switching them to take out bases, and in both cases the issue happened).

The batteries were almost fully charged all the time. It seemed to happen randomly, I just start to walk slowly even though the armor menu said I have the + 60% movement bonus. The fix was to was confirmed by running left-right constantly, while the armor opened and when I start to walk slowly I just click on one of the transformers to pick it up, them immediately put it back in and I started walking fast for a few seconds.

I do not currently notice the issue while using one mk3 and four legs in a mk2 armor, but I might do some testing in a bit later just to make sure.

I'm currently struggling to reproduce the issue. So, if you happen to run into it again, please let me know.

I am having this happening to me at times too, with both my engineer and spidertron. It's hard to replicate cause it happens randomly and the fix is either taping side to side or just keep walking and it kicks in. It seems to only happen when I have been standing still within a place with power distribution.

Alrighty. I'm finally able to reproduce the issue. I'll see what I can do to fix it.

As an interim fix:
- Put some sort of reactor into your armor as well. That seems to stop turning off the legs as far as I can tell.
- Toggling off the INPUT of the Personal Transformers.
- Add something that puts a constant drain on the armor. Belt immunity seems to work fine.
For some reason it's just the input that's causing the issue. And only while at >= 99% battery charge.

I've currently got a partial fix: You're only slow while at battery charge >=99% AND you're inside a power area. Still debating if I'm going to release that today or wait until I've got a better fix.
