b [fixed] Minor incompatibility with Lunar Landings on Mass Driver

Hi. I started a game a while back with Lunar Landings, Pacifist and a few other mods. It seemed to work flawlessly until I researched Mass Driver in Lunar Landings, and tried to place a mass driver cannon, which promptly caused a crash.

Xorimuth suggested to whitelist ll-mass-driver-energy-source entity to resolve this.

Hi, I'm currently in vacation, but I'll have a look next week. The link helps a lot, it should be an easy fix indeed.

In the meantime, you can try the following to fix it locally, if you feel confident:
- find the Pacifist_0.4.14.zip file in your Factorio mods folder
- in there you'll find a directory "compatibility" with lua files
- copy the file Teleporters.lua and rename the copy to LunarLandings.lua
- edit the entity name in there from "teleporter" to "ll-mass-driver-energy-source"

You'll either have to put it back into the zip file or just have an unzipped directory named Pacifist_0.4.14 and remove the zip file

If that doesn't work, just remove the Pacifidt zip file and directory, you'll have to play without it for a few days until I can fix and test it.

I published a new release that should fix the mass driver. I also had a look at what else LunarLandings does introduce and could not find anything else that might make problems. Thank you for reporting the incompatibility! If you find anything else, please let me know.

Thanks. Updated to 0.4.15 - migrated OK when loading savegame, placed and used Mass Driver a bit, all seems well so far.
