Just to make it clear, there are no songs in this mod anymore, they are all on the dfferent mod linked, and to answer your question, nope :|, I published couple here and there like one on soundcloud one on youtube and couple on the forum or reddit but lately i've sticked to previews hosted on github because there's no ads, There's not a place where all songs are available apart from in the mod.
edit : about the mp3, the different mods contains different .ogg in the folder "sound" which you can listen to on VLC if you want to hear them outside the game you can also convert them, there's only 1 mod with variable tracks, so for most it will be like a regular songs
