i Incorporate base pump rather than disable [NOPE!]

Rather than completely disabling the base game's offshore pump and then adding all of yours, may I suggest simply making it your Tier 1 pump and locking it from start? I use a couple of mods that are scripted to use the base game's offshore pump for certain things, but because of what you do to it, it breaks these mods.

I done it on purpose for compatibility issues, what mods are you talking about? I'd happily implement compatibility

The Ruins Mod (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/AbandonedRuins): Adds random ruin setups around, some with pumps. With PUMPS enabled, you can't use the pumps as is (even if you wanted to), and mining them returns nothing.

Hall of Fame (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/HallOfFame): It's main menu background simulations, and yes, I know other mods can potentially break these anyway, too, but the complete disabling of the vanilla pumps breaks any of the simulations using them spectacularly.

If I may ask, which compatibility issues were you attempting to solve by doing it the way you did?

Thanks for pointing these issues out, for the first issue that's a very easy fix, as for the second i am not sure but i'll see what i can do about it,
BTW i have encountered many issues with other mods playing with offshore pumps which can cause pretty nasty bugs (i remember one leaving behind actual pieces of its sprite on pick-up)

EDIT: I fixed it for ruins and stuff alike, i don't think there's a way for the simulations (maybe there is but is definitely not high priority), running the last checks, should be good to go by tomorrow

EDIT 2: i confirm there's no way to make main menu simulations work with powered offshore pumps (unless i remove the migration file which is a no-no for obvious reasons) and that's about it as the simulations do not take power into account, so i guess you'll have to live with some broken main menu simulations if you want to use this, also this does not depend by the disabling of the vanilla pump, it depends from the fact that pumps need power to operate (if powering option is on) :(
