b Compatibility with Stone Water Well [IMPLEMENTED SAME MECHANICHS]

It seems that you rename and hide the normal offshore pump to VANILLA Offshore Pump.
This is a problem for someone using the Stone Water Well mod. ( https://mods.factorio.com/mod/StoneWaterWell )
Because now I can't build them since they require VANILLA Offshore Pumps which aren't craftable anymore.

Note:
Somehow my assembler that were producing them still produces VANILLA Offshore Pumps, but the ones on the provider chest all became your pumps and also the filter on the inserter was changed.
So I can still make them since I can get the pumps from the assembler, but I guess if I hadn't previously set the assembler I would definitely not be able to make any Stone Water Well.

I'll fix it in the evening, thanks for reporting mate

I have a locally modified version of Darkfrei's Burner Offshore Pump that I fixed to make compatibile with the StoneWaterWell mod.
I also have my own version of the StoneWaterWell mod that shrinks the size to 3x3 and improves the graphics.

I can post these if this will help. I believe Darkrei's License allows this. Not sure about the License of StoneWaterWell mod though.
Edit: StoneWaterWell uses the Creative Commons License.

@Jamiech1
This mod has very little to do with darkfrei's one (though it started as a personal modification of his and eventually i rewrote the whole code).
I'd happily integrate support under new settings making the stone well an optional dependancy.

BTW i've already implemented a function that scans all ingredients of all recipes and whenever it finds the vanilla offshore pump used as ingredient it replaces it with the modded one, so, it should be compatible with everything after the update.

Also i'd like to know how the balancing feels ingame to you lads, any advice or opinion is considered

Cool. Thanks.

I have changed my mind, instead of implementing support to the water well, i am implementing a water pumpjack, that can pump muddy water off the ground (150/s @300kW) plus a system of chemical treatment of such water with flocculants (ferric chloride and aluminium sulphate) to expand the concept behind the mod (water as an actual resource), gives bob's aluminium another purpose (as it's nearly useless) and makes pumping water off the ground a bit more interesting while keeping the offshore pumps the prime choice in terms of production/consumption ratio

Sounds good. I like that.

Alrighty lads, i didn't really implement compatibility, yet, i made a water pumpjack pumping straight off the ground
