Could you make the research more expensive? Also, could you separate the singularity tier into another separate technology that's ridiculously expensive? Like perhaps a million or more packs? That way it's an end-game goal.

I can add extra options to change how much research it takes. I felt given the chance of getting a singularity quality item is quite a bit lower than other tiers it would balance out.

Now that you mention I feel the singularity tier should need the promethium science pack to research when playing space age. Do you agree?

I've increased the various amounts of research required. Not to the million point but still twice as much as it was previously with the default settings but this can be increase or decreased. I have also made singularity research its own research by default with its own increase in costs. And as I mentioned previously promethium science has been added to celestial and mythic.
