I am experiencing an issue where the new pop-up interface in v2.0.1 does not open when I press Alt+M. I can still use the Module Inserter as before, but it is pretty inconvenient this way.
I updated to v2.x today, I was using the old version without issues yesterday.

I wonder if you have a strange screen size? Or particularly notable interface scale?

If you’re not sure, you can send a factorio-current.log and it will say in it.

I am using a regular 1920*1080 screen. I was using 125% UI scaling,, but I reset it to 100%, restarted and the issue persists.
Thank you very much for taking a look at this. How would I best send you the log file? I do not see an option to upload it here, would it be okay if I opened a Github issue or do you prefer another way?

Interesting. I think a save file I can sync with would actual be easiest. Use any file-sharing platform like google drive, dropbox, etc and stick a link here?

Thanks, I tried that save and it works fine for me... can you try going to 100% interface scale, then starting a new save, and seeing if the pop-up screen appears?

Try updating to 2.0.2 and see if it appears.
