b Crash when using Auto Deconstruct mod to remove a miner with pending module insertion

Steps to reproduce:

This appears to be a race condition between inserting modules and removing a mining drill that's been marked for deconstruction.

  1. Use Module Inserter Simplified to insert Efficiency Modules I into a set of Electric Mining Drills such that there are not enough modules to fill all of the miners, leaving some as marked for pending module insertion.
  2. Move out of range and get more efficiency modules.
  3. Wait for a miner that's marked to have its modules inserted to run dry and be marked for deconstruction by the Auto Deconstruct mod.
  4. Move into range.
  5. Game crash.

Ooooo that's fun! You've hit an engine crash, not a mod crash, and those need reporting to the devs at https://forums.factorio.com/viewforum.php?f=7. It might be caused by my mod doing something incorrect, but only the devs can properly fix the crash.
