Logistic Network Channels


Adds communication channels to logistic networks. Logistic entities can be assigned to different channels, and will only form a network with other entities on the same channel. This allows for creating separate logistic networks in areas where they would normally overlap and be merged by the game into one network.

I'm happy to announce that Logistic Network Channels 1.1.0 is now available for download! There are two features in this release, that I hope you will all enjoy:

  1. Logistic channel functionality now requires a technology unlock. The tech is placed at yellow tier, with similar requirements to "Logistic system" (the tech that unlocks requester chests, etc.). If you prefer the old way, the tech unlock requirement can be disabled in mod settings.
  2. New in 1.1 is the Channel Changer, a selection-tool that lets you quickly change channels on an entire cluster of logistic entities in one fell swoop. Even better, when holding the Channel Changer in hand, the logistic channel for each entity will be highlighted on screen, making it easy to check if there are any misconfigured entities.
