Adds a sweeping laser turret which uses the tesla tower model. It is a port from my other mod - Into the Abyss https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Into_The_Abyss - which uses the same laser as its weapon.

It is a late game turret meant to clean up tough melee enemies that get clumped up on walls at the price of high crafting cost and high energy demands.

There is a real possibility that this will be negative for ups as I had received reports of it when I initially released this turret several months ago, please give feedback on performance and I will see what I can do to improve it. There are a few performance saving measures in the mod settings.
