b [FEATURE TODO] Personal Logistics range settings don't seem to do anything.

Feel free to dismiss this off-hand if this is just a currently un-implemented feature, but testing on my end seems to suggest that changing the range of the experimental Personal Logistics settings in 2.0.13 doesn't currently do anything. Surface, Global, Universe, and Sector all seem to be the same as "Player Reach." I haven't tried Custom range.

yes you are right, not all settings are implemented or tested yet.
before i complete/test all settings i have to wait for more feedback if the base feature works as expected.
at present there is a fixed radius of 30 where chests where useed.
