I think this is an old issue caused by an orphaned basic-slim-inserter_arrow, which should not exist. the problem of the orphaned basic-slim-inserter_arrow has already been fixed in one of the last versions, and you may have found an old one.

orphaned basic-slim-inserter_arrow can be recognised by the fact that they cannot be operated or deleted.
as there are no more of them now, i can't test this more precisely.

Should the problem occur again, please report it again.
