UPD: after disabling of Krastorio the game starts without errors.

Could u give me more information about, like what other mods are loaded and the Krastorio and Factorio version?

I'm sure that with K only or K+SE or K+IR or with minor mods supported in optional dependecy this error will not throwed, so:
- Are u using the latest versions (base, mod and dependecy?)?
- Are u using mod that modify Crude oil ('crude-oil')?
- Are u using bob's angel's or py's mods?

2. IDK, may be; I haven't oil at this time; probably from annotorio

OK, this mod is a big one with too much intrusive modifications (completely remove oils and uranium, practically half of Krastorio is gone), I will mark Annotorio incompatible with Krastorio in next updates, I'm sorry but is too expensive combine this two mods.
