IR3 pipes redesign

Make IR3's air pipes behave as Deadlock intended: they cost steel, can only carry gases, and gases can't be carried in regular pipes. Additionally, adds special carbide pipes to transport molten metals.

Changelog

Version: 1.0.5
Date: 20. 03. 2026
  Features:
    - Bugfix: short underground pipes can connect with their respective pipes and full-length undergrounds again.
    - Bugfix: carbide pipes and valves are fast replaceable with regular pipes. (not fully fixed, as overflow/underflow valves don't show yet)
Version: 1.0.4
Date: 13. 03. 2026
  Features:
    - Added dependency to "No Pipes Touching", that way the different types of pipes won't connect to eachother, making it easier to avoid accidents.
    - Valves, pumps and tanks still connect to any pipe just fine, allowing you to use them to connect different pipe types together (such as for connecting water pipes to regular pipes, or steam pipes to gas pipes).
Version: 1.0.3
Date: 13. 03. 2026
  Features:
    - Gas pipes are now unlocked with the steel milestone technology, just like regular pipes are unlocked with the iron milestone technology.
    - Changed the electric derrick's recipe to require air pipes.
    - Now check for the "show short pipes" option from Shemp's patchset to display or hide short underground carbide pipes.
Version: 1.0.2
Date: 12. 03. 2026
  Features:
    - Restricted each vanilla/IR3 fluids to specific pipe types. Incompatible fluids will make pipes burst.
    - Iron pipes can only carry "liquids".
    - List of liquids:
      Water
      Polluted Water
      Crude Oil
      Petroleum Gas
      Light Oil
      Heavy Oil
      Lubricant
      Synthetic Crude Oil
      Sulfuric Acid
      Fertilizer
      Ethanol
      High Octane Fuel
      Liquid Oxygen
      Liquid Hydrogen
      Liquid Nitrogen
      Liquid Helium
      Liquid Carbon Dioxide
      Liquid Natural Gas
    - Gas pipes can only carry "gases".
    - List of gases:
      Steam
      Polluted Steam
      Sour Gas
      Compressed Air
      Oxygen
      Hydrogen
      Nitrogen
      Helium
      Ammonia
      Carbon Dioxide
      Natural Gas
      Fossil Gas
    - Carbide pipes can carry superheated "molten" metals and regular liquids.
    - List of molten metals:
      Molten Copper
      Molten Tin
      Molten Bronze
      Molten Glass
      Molten Iron
      Molten Gold
      Molten Lead
      Molten Steel
      Molten Nickel
      Molten Chromium
      Molten Platinum
    - Water pipes and Steam pipes are unchanged. They still only accept water/steam.
    - Option to turn carbide pipes on/off is broken. It's hidden for now, will fix later
Version: 1.0.1
Date: 11. 03. 2026
  Features:
    - Added carbide pipes and all their variants.
      Pipe
      Underground Pipe
      Short Underground Pipe
      One-way Valve
      Overflow Valve
      Top-up Valve
    - Carbide pipes require steel parts and silicon carbide bricks to craft.
    - Crafting recipes:
Carbide pipe = 2 steel plates + 1 steel rivet + 1 silicon carbide brick
Underground carbide pipes = 15 carbide pipes
Short underground carbide pipes = 5 carbide pipes
Carbide valve = 1 carbide pipe + 1 steel gear
One-way, Overflow and Top-up Valves can be cycled through using IR3's "toggle" key
    - Added option to turn carbide pipes on/off. (WIP)
Version: 1.0.0
Date: 11. 03. 2026
  Features:
    - Initial creation.
    - Changes to air pipes recipes: they require steel parts now (gas pipe = 1 steel plate, 1 steel rivet ; gas valve = 1 gas pipe + 1 steel gear).
    - Changes to air pipe limitations: pipeline extent reduced to half.
