Quick patch to improve compatibility between Industrial Revolution 3 and Cargo Ships. The main issue is that the Cargo Ship recipes are a little bit too easy for the mod, especially compared to trains, so I adjusted them to take that into account. The other issue was that only the carbon fuel sources could be used in the ships, so I made sure all fuel sources were usable by automated cargo ships by adding "used up fuel" slots. This works, but has the unfortunate side effect of making the cargo ship windows really wide, but this has already been noted by the devs.
The normal boat can't use advanced fuel, but the heavy picket can use advanced fuel so there is a nice progression.
