I See Coal Fork Fork

This mod has been marked as deprecated as the original I See Coal Fork has been updated for 2.1 and includes all the same improvements and fixes.

Changes the visual of coal deposits on Vulcanus for better visibility without affecting other planets. This is a fork of I See Coal Fork by NOiZE, which is a fork of I see coal by Lasciva_Engineer.

This makes no gameplay changes. It doesn’t modify amounts, sizes, or locations of coal deposits and only has an effect on Vulcanus.

Switching from ‘I See Coal Fork’ to this mod is supported and doesn’t cause issues.

What’s different?

• Restore vanilla coal map setting and command (both do the same thing). This restores coal to its vanilla appearance, which is meant to be used before disabling or removing the mod (or if you just want the vanilla look without restarting the game for some reason). Without this, disabling/removing the mod removes all coal on Vulcanus.
• Failsafes with warnings if coal fails to convert.
• Failsafes to prevent coal from being placed where it shouldn’t be.
• Fixed crash on start-up with the ‘vanilla’ texture option.
• Made Space Age a hard dependency and the other two mods incompatible.

Thanks to NOiZE and Lasciva_Engineer for the original code. Both previous mods are under the MIT license, as is my fork. This permits you to do whatever you want with it as long as proper attribution is given.
