I See Coal Fork Fork

Makes coal textures on Vulcanus easier to spot with configurable textures. Added safety checks and option to disable custom coal so removing the mod doesn’t delete all the coal.

    - Initial release. Fork of "I See Coal Fork" by NOiZE, which is a fork of
      "I see coal" by Lasciva_Engineer.
  Features:
    - Added "Restore vanilla coal" map setting. Turning it on converts all Vulcanus coal back to normal so the mod can be safely disabled or removed without coal disappearing or miners breaking.
    - Added "/icffork-restore-vanilla-coal" command which does the same as the map setting.
    - After restoring or re-applying coal, a warning appears if any failed to convert.
  Changes:
    - Marked the original "I see coal" and "I See Coal Fork" mods as incompatible as they shouldn’t be enabled together.
    - Made Space Age a hard dependency.
    - Coal is now only replaced where the game already placed it, preventing potential but unlikely misplacement.
  Bugfixes:
    - Fixed ‘vanilla’ texture option causing crash on start-up.
