Changes coal deposits on Vulcanus to lighter textures for better visibility, leaving other planets unchanged. Adds three new textures (ash-coal, red-glow-low-coal, red-glow-intense-coal) with ash-coal as default. Forked from 'I see coal' by Lasciva_Engineer.

Changes the visual of coal deposits on Vulcanus for better visibility, leaving other planets unchanged. Adds three new textures (ash-coal, red-glow-low-coal, red-glow-intense-coal) with ash-coal as default. Forked from "I see coal" by Lasciva_Engineer, with thanks to Grok (xAI) for coding assistance. Delete unused textures to reduce file size (~10MB). Licensed under MIT.

Note: In existing saves, miners on Vulcanus may stop after the mod is added. Deconstruct and reconstruct them to resume mining.
