A hovercraft - also known as an air-cushion vehicle - needs air to operate. So IMO it should be impossible to use them on planets/moons without an atmosphere. At the moment you can use them for example on Muluna. Could you please change that?
P.S.: Your git repo on github is a bit outdated - the last commit is 10 months ago and it still shows version 1.2.2 in info.json 😏
