When someone builds a hovercraft, the hovercraft's cargo slots should randomly be full of eels. If you didn't want to make a new 'eel' entity, you could choose fish instead, but it would be less fun that way.

Well, I had thought about it before and came to the conclusion that it would require using more UPS percentage and not be worth it for most people. It probably wouldn't affect it too much; however, I would like to try and keep it down as low as possible because mods add up.
