Is it possible to have a mod setting to disable the research, keep only hovercrafts without weapon ?

I have just been very busy with a trip last week and another coming up this weekend. I should have the update pushed before I leave town.

The update is ready to be pushed. I rebuilt parts of the mod and in doing so renamed the entities. AAI Programmable Vehicles uses one of the names that was changed. I have requested for that to be updated so I am giving the creator of that mod to update his mod for my change. I will push the update late Friday either way.
