Makes all inserters able to filter and hides existing ones
Console commands:
/fib-full - switch non-filter inserters to blacklist, then replace all filter inserters with usual ones (use on existing save once)
/fib - replace all filter inserters with usual ones (in case you still have filter inserters in inventory)
