Companion to Editor Extensions. Adds a grey simple infinity loader (one item for both lanes, like the old infinity loader) and a grey rate infinity pipe that creates or voids a set amount of fluid per second. Also lets you cap how many items per second Editor Extensions' purple infinity loader outputs.

- Added the rate infinity pipe: pick a fluid and a rate in units per second, then create or void exactly that much. Its window shows how much actually moved in the last second.
- Added an output limit to Editor Extensions' purple infinity loader: set how many items per second it outputs. Leave it empty for normal unlimited output.
- Rate pipe settings and loader limits are kept in blueprints, copy/paste and cloning.
- Fluid and items from the rate pipe and limited loaders show in the production statistics.
