Hello, no this is not really feasible.
There are several reasons. The main one is that the Blueprint library does not allow writing into it via script.
This was already present in the 018 version, but the key difference was that in 0.18 people did not use Blueprint library as often and put blueprints in the inventory instead. Nowadays using blueprint library is so much better that it doesn't honestly really make sense to put blueprints in the inventory. It's just my opinion, but I don't put blueprints in the inventory, and I don't want to encourage that.
Then there's a bunch of other smaller issues, all of which would be fixable, but the big problem of not being able to write into blueprint library makes it not worth it in my eyes.
