Adds a new train station (Dispatcher) that dispatches waiting trains to a station when a dispatch virtual signal is received (target station ID is provided via the signal).
Hello! I just tested this mod and found that no changes are required to operate in Factorio 1.1. All you need to do is change the version number and the Factorio version in info.json and re-release it.
