Simply updated this mod in the json to support 2.0
I hope it works because I know nothing about modding :-)

Reduces speed of all machines so that you have to build more of them. Should be compatible with most mods. The multiplier is configurable.

Suggestion:
Drastically reduce the crafting speed with this mod, then set this use Stable Foundations Mod to increase speed drastically again when you lay down flooring. To heavenly motivate to make concrete everywhere in your factory :-)
