Concrete in Space

Title is self-explanatory, but it's been more than a year since Space Age came out and only now someone decides to make a mod to place concrete tiles in space?

Features:

• Cleans the space debris off your platform when placing tiles (it does come back when you remove it)
• You cannot place tile flooring beside space, there needs to be at least 1 tile gap of space platform foundation (this is to keep the visual immersion as floor tiles render surface ground sides)
• You can now place quality flooring, as it didn't work before (this now mimics similar behavior on surfaces). You will lose the quality upon placing it down though as tiles cannot store quality
• Built-in tile filtering for deconstruction planner, so removing tiles won't take the space platform foundations along with it
• Works with rocket cargo deliveries and ghost tiles
• Supports Stable Foundations tile bonus effects
