  Changes:
    - Ghost tiles no longer appear on the platform edge to smoothen placement.
    - Deconstruction planner now automatically skips space platform foundations on platforms, so dragging over a mixed area only deconstructs the floor tiles you placed.
    - Filtered or customized deconstruction planners now keep their normal behavior on space platform foundations.
  Bugfixes:
    - Stopped intercepting foundation tile ghosts. Foundations now build with their normal animation and continue to use the game's anti-hole placement checks instead of being placed instantly.
    - Deconstruction planner only spares foundations when the selected area also contains floor tiles. Selecting an area of bare foundations again marks them for deconstruction so the platform can still be shrunk.

  Changes:
    - Tile ghosts now wait for a valid one-tile foundation border before consuming matching hub inventory.
    - Tile ghosts now resolve immediately when an adjacent foundation is placed, instead of waiting for the next periodic scan.
    - Tile ghosts also retry when a cargo pod delivers cargo to the platform, filtered to deliveries that contain a tile-placing item when the contents are still readable.
    - Removed the periodic ghost scan; ghost evaluation is now fully event-driven.
    - When taking from the hub, prefer the ghost's selected quality first, then fall back from lowest to highest quality (was draining quality first).
  Bugfixes:
    - Remove and refund floor tiles that become exposed to empty space after nearby foundations are mined.
    - Fix runtime error when refunding rejected instant platform floor placement.
    - Destroy stranded tile ghosts at rejected edge positions so they no longer leave a phantom floor next to empty space.
    - Floor coordinates in position dedupe key so fractional ghost positions cannot create duplicate cleanup entries.
