Performs a lot of smaller changes to BiodomeIndustries.

Major changes:
- Bioplastic has been removed
- Fish oil lubricant has been removed
Minor changes:
- Research is no longer affected by the time or cost multipliers
- Solid fuel from wood gas now require 50 units of gas
- Biodome recipe has been tweaked to be slightly more expensive (and is changed if AAI Industry is enabled)
- Biodome now draws 200kW when working
