I get swarmed by small biters at 15 minutes, before I can even get a research done (my water was far away and I couldn't even get a lab up...). Literally nothing I can do. If they could be delayed to 30 minutes, or some option for them, I'd be grateful. For now I have to turn off the mod until I can at least get turrets, if not AP rounds

Hi mate. If you cant deal with these initial waves, it is better to remove the mod and add again when you are ready. The waves are the easiest problems in this mod.
