However they are implemented poorly, robots do not keep track of how many belts you have, so 1 blue belt in a chest far from your factory will lead to robots ripping up all your belts and then having nothing to do when they run out of belt.
Yeah, I'm still working out how to limit the number of ghosts placed. There's a brief window between creating the order and the item getting reserved so it's no longer counted and thus doesn't create more orders.
