running my own mod pack but not quite sure a good way to tell if its working, going into scenario and engineering a situation where pollution is everywhere at night didn't seem to do anything
There's a setting for "debug printing" that you can set to "Only report spawns" to make it show a message when enemies spawn. Try using that and also set "How many chunks to spawn onto" to like 50 and wait a minute.
