When a train first leaves the station I wind up right clicking the train to copy it's color settings to the station it left. ("Unpaint empty trains" is disabled in my game.)

Anyways, since my trains tend to be single purpose, along with the stations, I'd love it if both the station & the train leaving it were painted at the same time.

This is actually something that's been on my radar for some time, but I haven't found a real way to implement it yet. I will be continuing to look into this.

In case you weren't aware, there's a mod that does this based on an older version of this mod but it's not very multiplayer friendly.

Yeah, I'm kind of stuck. This mod supports Realistic Ores, but Automatic Train and Station Painter doesn't.

So I either have to forgo the nice feature of painting the station as well and not having to do this manually, or having mismatched colors on the ores effected by Realistic Ores. =/

I put in a request for ATaSP to add support for Realistic Ores, but we'll see.

Howdy y'all. I'm the author of the previous fork and have since deprecated it. I created a standalone Automatic Station Painter that doesn't require Automatic Train Painter, but obviously benefits from it.

Oh nice! I appreciate that you've created this as its own mod. Better someone else take on this responsibility!
