In the Mod Portal the Mod is shown as 1.0.7 in the Search but in Details as 1.0.5
This leads to issues on dedicated Servers (Factorio Server Manager) as it wants to update to 1.0.7 even though the mod is 1.0.5
There is no "details" field in the mod files, you are seeing the field populared by the Factorio mod browser to show the most recent compatible version of the mod.
The problem you have is a bug in the third party update script where it does not check the required minimum version of "base" in the dependency list of info.json.
