Hello, I play with the mod Aircraft (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Aircraft-space-age), and I don't find the option to disable the take off.
But if my think is good, with the old aircraft mod I had désactivate the take with an option.
So the setting was on your mod, or of the old aircraft ?

Support for AircraftRealism is controlled by the Aircraft mod, not this mod. You will have to ask the Aircraft mod author to disable takeoff support
