Basically. A lot of peeps want to quality gamble their armors and equipment back when they are still on Nauvis but they know they will generate an ungodly amount of spares. So a Scrapper would basically, for the low cost of extreme pollution, delete all the spares generated via quality gambling like a Fulgoran recycler BUT without giving back anything. It would allow for the automation of quality gambling from the get go. No need to go to Fulgora...if only to not to burn through a lot of resources in the process with the Scrapper. The Scrapper would also not allow for Upcycling by its very nature.
