g [no?]Salvager seems useless?

I went past discussions and sorry if I am being dumb; but salvager has base 10% quality and takes up same space as 2 recyclers. But this just seems to save on higher tier quality modules - 2 recyclers taking 8 vs 5 for salvager. For common T3 Quality and below salvager edges out by tiny bit; and at higher tiers (even at rare T3) 2 recyclers are better than salvager.

All while taking up more power than 2 recyclers; and tiny bit less crafting speed ( 2*0.4 vs 0.75). This building needs to be rebalanced to make it worth it.

Complaints are like cockroaches, you see one that means there is 100+ more you aren't seeing. And even if you don't see one there are probably still many there.

Most people don't report their issues due to being conflict averse (and are even less likely to say anything when responses to ideas/criticism are dismissive/hostile) as such they either avoid the thing that causes the issue or just complain to friends rather than making things known to the creator. This is a flaw with human nature but is one that needs to be accounted for.

This mod clearly has a mathematically provable balancing oversight and therefore it is a problem even if no one has noticeably spoken out about it.

But I'll put my hat into the ring and say "I'm another complainer for this issue"

It would be great if it actually did what it says, i.e. "rebuilds them":
Salvager: This upgraded Recycler doesn't just scrap the stuff you throw inside of it, it melts the components and then rebuilds them.

The base crafting speed of Salvager is 1 and Recycler is 0.5. The Quality bonus from modules is making a difference. So you can bump up the base speed of Salvager to at least match it to 2 Recycler's space it is taking up.
2 Recyclers take 8 modules while Salvager only takes in 5. So higher tier quality modules are better off putting in Recyclers as 8 > 5. Maybe scaling Base quality percentage of 10% with quality? or go with Cryogenic plant route - increase module slots. Chemical plant and Cryogenic have crafting speeds of 1 and 2 too. But upgrade is from huge number of module slots.

Isnt the base speed of a recycler 0.25?
Also i do not know how to increase the quality bonus per quality as that cant be done in engine yet and would require control.lua scripts i do not know how to do.
And more module slots would make it incredibly overpowered
