i [ask other dev]Nexus compat

The Nexus mod adds a new lab, the Omega Lab, which has very high speed and no science pack drain reduction, however the mod adds two new science packs that can only be done in the Omega Lab. If the Nexus mod exists it would be useful if the Quantum Computer could take the Omega Lab in its recipe as well as absorb the additional science packs it can do (would in general be useful if the Quantum Computer could take a comma separated list in the settings for adding other science packs in general as well, but that is ancillary).

When Muluna exists the Quantum Computer already takes 3 cryolabs, so the precedence is there. And of course if both Muluna and Nexus exist then using both of their labs in the Quantum Computer's ingredients would make sense considering it has better science pack drain than the cryolab and better speed than the omega lab (both of their defining features) while being capable of all of each's science packs as well, and the Quantum Computer also has tighter surface restrictions than both as well so it doesn't already allow extra placement.

The entity name of the Omega Lab is omega-lab. The two extra science packs that the Nexus mod adds that the Quantum Computer cannot do (but it does make sense for them it to do, especially if it takes the omega-lab in its ingredients to build) is the promethium-882-science-pack and the antimatter-science-pack.

The Nexus mod was in flux but it just hit 1.0 a few days ago so it should hopefully be stable to depend on now.

I dont remember putting the cryolab in the recipe myself, must be a compat from Muluna. I suggest you to ask Nexus and not me if thats the case

That is likely what's happening there at least then, Muluna has substantial compatibility with many mods. Nexus as of yet does not.

At least is there any possibility of adding a configuration of a comma separated list of science pack entity names to add to the Quantum Computer for it to support for at least user-manual compatibility with mods such as Nexus (and others that add science packs that make sense to add to it, not all make sense to add to it, but some do, such as at least the antimatter science pack from Nexus)?

The science packs should automatically be included in the quantum computer anyway
Probably nexus wants them exclusive to its lab

I think it's more intended that the Omega Lab is the endgame lab, though in our server it's the Quantum Computer, so it just feels 'odd' to be using a worse lab... Especially as the Omega Lab has no science pack drain reduction, where even the vanilla biolab has that.... (among no ability to beacon it either, which just ends up spamming it out...)
