There are mods that add Tesla variants of the Spidertron and Personal Laser Defense, which I feel would be a great fit for the Electromechanic Facility, given that it can already produce Spidertrons and PLDs.
Additionally the militaristic Castra planet mod introduces an Energy Shield Mk 3, which again seems fitting given the EF can produce Mk 1 and Mk 2. The Combat Roboport and alternate capsule robot recipes may also be nice.
