Makes the 5Dim flamethrower turrets (mk2 through mk10, and any higher tiers) accept the exact same flammable fluids as the vanilla flamethrowers. Runs in data-final-fixes, so it also picks up flammable fluids added by other mods (Bob's, Angel's, and similar).
