Hello. Thank you for the mod.
Stack size works for me, at least by the multiplier setting.
Weight change - does not work for me. Weight multiplier does not have any effect on rocket capacity.
I tested 0.1 to 10, no effect.

Thanks for your feedback, can you find a file named factorio-current.log and/or factorio-previous.log and share it, or it's content with me? They should be on Windows in this folder %AppData%\Factorio. That might help fix the issue.
