As the title says, would it be possible to add option to be able to multiply affected stack sizes, and/or add individual items to an exclusion list to prevent them from being affected?
My reasoning is because there's currently no way to detect the amount of fuel in a train engine, so with a stack size change to 1000 across the board means that a single engine won't be full until they reach 3 stacks of 1000 fuel of any type...which is a complete waste when it comes to nuclear fuel, which has a vanilla stack size of 1.
For example: Being able to have a multiplier change of, say, 20, would keep the 1000 stack size for most items, but would make nuclear fuel increase to only 20, making train engines max at 60 instead of 3000
