Who wants to go planetside? It's dirty and disgusting, doesn't support engineer life, and has an unpleasant smell. Why not instead grow the factory from orbit?

I've been thinking about a space gambling setup and wondered if you could add reprocessing for your asteroids. In order to keep their planet tied character I'd suggest letting them reprocess only into themeselves at 80% efficiency to stay in line with vanilla. You could also add pure reprocessing to vanilla asteroids if you want.
